「The reception, buffet/restaurant areas are super modern, the hallways and all the up until the room door are excellent. However the bedrooms need updating asap. There is no water, coffee facility, there is only soap available, hairdryer and phone in the room. The condition of the walls, ceilings, carpet needs some work as it looks so dated. The bathroom was modernised but the walls showed humidity on the bottom and I even found a spider in the sink one morning. 」

「Chambre familiale (nous étions 6) confortable avec balcon et table, parfait pour le petit déjeuner. Un peu de bruit pendant la nuit. Point négatif : une seule salle de bains avec un seul toilette à l’intérieur pour 4 chambres donc en moyenne 10 personnes donc largement insuffisant. 」

「This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator.
