「Arrived at this Home Inn I booked on hotels.com using the address in my email from them. The address was actually 51 not 53. The room was very cheap for 148 CNY per night. On checking in they told me I was at the wrong hotel and should be at Shanghai Airport Home Inn and it was 200 CNY away in a taxi. I spent 5 hours talking to this hotel and the airport hotel and 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and finally it was 3am and I had to pay 325 CNY to stay at this hotel! I still can't believe it....

「订的没说却给了傍边的副楼，房子很旧，感觉不好。住过的汉庭这家算是最差的了，价格高，房小到不能再小，亦没什么设施，不会再来。 Assigned the room next block (not realised there is a sub-building). The environment is not pleasant, the room size is only enough for a double bed, basically no facility at all. Highly not recommended.」

「This was the worst hotel experience ever. I arrived at the hotel and the receptionists did not speak any English. She told me through a translator that I am at the wrong hotel. She showed me to a different hotel within the same building. When I arrived there they told me the first place I was at is the right one. When I came back the lady was very angry and ignored me and helped other customers. She told me she cannot find my reservation. I had to wait for an hour before she asked me to pay...
