“I would definitely book again!! Me and my guy just stayed there. I do not understand the awful reviews. First..it’s a 1 star hotel so know what you’re getting into. Our room had a bathroom, which we booked for so I was a bit surprised when they What’s App to say that they changed our room so we got one with bathroom. I’d check in with them via What’s App just to confirm what room was booked. They always promptly respond. Anne was beyond gracious!! Our breakfast every morning was stellar!……

“Erinomaisen hyvällä paikalla. Lähellä uimaranta ja toisaalta kaupungin vanha osa ravintoloineen, kauppoineen ja nähtävyyksineen. Viehättävä alue kaikkineen. Ainoa iso MIINUS on kallis autopaikoitus läheisessä julkisessa hallissa. Pitäisi olla ainakin joku alennus pysäköintiin! Ja selkeä tieto, miten sen voi saada käyttöön.”

“Me sorprendió que no hubiera nadie a la hora de llegada, 22h aprox y que tenía que haber recibido un WhatsApp y no fue así pero llamando a un teléfono me indicaron amablemente que hacer y a pesar del primer momento por lo que he explicado, el resto me sorprendió muy gratamente!”

“Host was great, but hotel is hard to find due to the fact that it is actually called Pensìon San Thelma not San Juan. San Juan is the street. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and the noise was really bad due to the bar next door. Luckily I had earplugs. On the plus side the location in old town is hard to beat. Bu it is noisy everywhere there late into the night. If you need quiet stay in the newer part of town. ”

“Our second visit to the hotel and we received the same warm welcome. When we contacted the owner Ignacio, he made multiple modifications to our booking and was always very helpful and understanding. Enjoyed our one night stay in a comfortable bed with no noise. Will stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay with Rony, our host. He looked after us and was very flexible with our requests ! The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom spotless. “First, the accommodation is exceptionally clean, both the bedroom and shared bathrooms. Much appreciated! The location is perfect for easy, walkable access to all the historic sites, restaurants and shopping. This Pensión is definitely recommended as part of a positive visit to San Sebastián!”
