「The hotel was good and the staff friendly. The area is convenient to walk close to the bars, restaurants, and museums, but the only complaint I have there is not staff to help you to bring your luggage upstairs and downstairs and there are long stairs to claim. I suggest they should have a leat one person that assist you with your suitcases like ike other hotels I have stayed before...」
