“El hotel es realmente bueno, me gustó mucho el desayuno. Puede mejorar las almohadas de la cama en la habitación, son muy altas y terminé con dolor de cuello. El personal puede ser más cálido y más cuando el hotel está lleno, se presentó caos a la hora del desayuno, refill demorado. Hay que tener en cuenta la recomendación del servicio de transporte del hotel, el señor Arnaldo cambió los precios a último momento, no fue una buena experiencia.”

The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. “What a beautiful hotel! We stayed for one night and the service was impeccable. It was super clean, very comfortably and my gosh, the view is just stunning. We stayed in the room with a terrace with a view of the mountains, so so pretty! It had a huge king size bed, AC and floor to ceiling windows that let you see the mountains and the sunrise. Pool was great as well but they also have two big jacuzzi’s. There weren’t many folks when we came and it felt like we had the place to ourselves !”
