"The staff was extremely attentive - hauling our luggage from the entrance to the check in counter to the room (with no tipping of course!) - always greeted us, and there was no staff shortage. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The ocean view was fun and memorable. The breakfast buffet also excellent. The hotel has direct access to the subway station and a 24-hour convenience store just one escalator away. A great experience overall!"

"This property was the last hotel we stayed at of a 3 week vacation and it was the perfect send off! It has an interior access to the train station. The lobby is beautiful with a side room with beverages in the afternoon. We were in a habit facing high room and the view was spectacular! Very roomy! Clean! Classy! The kitchenette is perfect! The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The laundry facilities was nice - 6 each washer and dryers. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. "Hotel staff were quick and helpful. Room was exactly what I needed and expected in Tokyo. Late checkout is available w/fee per hour rate. Area around the hotel was convenient. Awesome supermarket and bakery at the train station 5 mins walk away. Right around the corner from the supermarket is a craft beer pub and convenience store. Ichiran ramen is at the shopping street 10 mins walk and had some super delicious ramen! "
