"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Going in we knew the bathrooms were separate from the rooms so that was expected. I did not expect the cleanliness of them! I enjoyed the room provided and how accessible the hotel was to down town and parking. "They messed up our deposit and check in and charged us over 600$! Thankfully we had money to spare and they were able to fix it and we didn’t mind much but I can see how it would be troublesome to some people. "The breakfast was really good. The fact that they seat your party makes this hotel different from any place we’ve stayed in. It was very organized and there were a lot to choose from. They even have veggies - tomatoes, mushroom and greens which i really appreciated. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My only complain was that the walls and ceiling were thin. We can hear other guests moving around above us. Other than that, i think it was perfect for people visiting san francisco. Everything was walkable, very close to pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf and the BigBus terminal. I would stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends. "
