"Staff was very understanding and helped us check in earlier since we had two small children who were very tired from traveling all night. It truly meant a lot to be seen as humans instead of just customers. The room was also very clean and spacious. The AC unit worked great and the tv offered many channels. We were thankful for the free breakfast as well. Parking lot was well lit at night. I also liked that only people with a room key were allowed to enter the hotel at night which made it feel...
