「First time staying here. I choose this hotel because its a 10 min walk from angel stadium, the area is very safe and its also near the train station. Very nice I would stay here again 」

「This is our third year staying at this property. It is our go to for our annual Disney trip. It is perfect with the kitchenette. Rooms are immaculate and the amenities are always up to par. We will continue to use Residence Inn for our trips to Disney.」

「不親切的櫃檯服務。 第二天交代櫃檯需補洗髮精、沐浴乳及每日更換床單、被套及枕套，晚間返回發現洗髮精沐浴乳皆未補，第三天告知櫃檯此事，櫃檯道歉承諾會補，結果仍舊未補，第四天房間完全沒打掃，櫃檯解釋：需主動向櫃檯要求才會打掃。事實上第二天即已交代櫃檯。 Thank you for making this birthday trip an unforgettable one.」

「隔音超級差，竟可聽到隔壁房間聊天聲音，即使感覺他們並不是特別大聲講話我們都可以聽到，浴室乾濕分離但拉門很難推。房間乾淨，走路至Disneyland 並不會太遠。」

「Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed...

「The room was clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland and the surrounding area is very prosperous, so it is a good choice. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from the corridor. Although there are few types of breakfast and no meat, it is very convenient and saves time.」
