A Colonial style hotel
The hotel is located in a very convenient place where is surrounded with lots of walkable sightseeing icons and restaurants. The hotel room is spacious, the services provided is excellent, frontline and housekeeping staff are very friendly & attentive to my needs.

Excellent location, lots of attractions are within walking distance; Marina Bay, Sands, Garden by the Bay, City Hall, the Clark's Quary, China Town... Love the bay view, love the interior. Room a bit small than expected at this luxury level. Excellent services, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is the lobby, it's design doesn't match well with this historical building.

The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us.
