房間空間寬敞 ,多放了一張折疊床並不會感覺擁擠,中午12點多就讓我們入住,還送了孩子一個小禮物,真的是很貼心

前身日航酒店,在地人叫佢做「黑玻璃」。房間濕氣超重,有提供長期插卡開冷氣,洗頭水shower gel太細支,有24小時送餐,不貴。reception唔會幫人keep匙卡,也別想他們為你預早待訂回程airport shuttles,總之reception什麼都說沒提供這些服務,連拿張酒店address card都三推四請下才給,而他們竟是4星酒店。要協助就直接找禮賓部,熱心幫你叫grab,由酒店坐去機場都係19坡幣,更快更方便,又熱情。

With the experience of this stay, the only thing I have to say is: the staff and the services were great, and friendly. One can see that the staff were working hard to create a friendly experience for all of the customer. Thumbs up to all of them.

in general is fine, but the bed is a bit small for couples, and it is inconvenient that there is no comb and cotton pad swabs. the staff is nice.

此酒店對房間清潔很馬虎, 地毡有蝨, 房間中放置服務員弄丟了我的私人物品間, 當我發現的時候, 到接待處投訴及要求找回失物, 接待處員工敷衍了我一整天, 員工三番四次作出承諾跟進, 亦只屬空談, 甚至直到我的行程結束,離開酒店當日, 亦未能找回失物亦沒有作出合理解釋或賠償.

Get back to this hotel once again
Every time our family go to Singapore, we stay in this hotel. We love its cheerful and helpful staff and the beautiful bar. The location is great and very convenient. There are a lot of good restaurants around too. Highly recommend it!!

这酒店一般般吧,连锁酒店的标准,比较干净整洁,就是很没特色而已。景观是停车场,不是很满意,但是服务态度真的不错,有求并应,这个可以点赞。

Spacious but not clean enough
房間夠大。 地點不方便,不靠近地鐵站。 浴缸污糟且淤塞,地毯有幾粒前客人留下的餅乾,且入住第5天仍在。廁紙沒有補充,鬧鐘於半夜自動響。 Room is spacious. Location not good,not near to mrt station. Bath tub is dirty and silted. There is few biscuits left on the floor by ex-customers,and still not cleared after 5 days. Paper towel not refilled. The alarm clock rang in the midnight automatically.

酒店陳舊,交通不便,食店不足,服務水平則高
酒店離地鐵站至少要走15分鐘,不過巴士站就很近,主要是坐巴士出入!酒店附近食店不足,便利店也要走6-7分鐘才到。酒店外圍最近在修路,所以境觀不佳! 酒店聲稱在克拉克河邊,但其實根本看不到河,只看到河的末端。 酒店明顯有點陳舊,不過尚算清潔,而且服務員態度好,非常誠懇及盡心幫忙。

With this hotel, the outstanding feature was the staff at reception, maintenence and especially on the main entry, helping us with luggage and taxis. The lobby bar staff were all friendly and attentive. I personally did not like the self serve breakfast. Too hectic and noisy.

Fantastic hotel to explore Singapore from. Great quality dining options for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of cuisines available. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The use of a self service laundry in the hotel saves weight in suitcases. Nice pools to relax in during the evening. The views in the foyer of the elevators looks like it's from a science fiction film. Super easy, covered, access to Havelock MRT, we could use Google pay (using physical UK bank cards themselves didn't work, but fine via Google pay) to tap in and out. Had to get an EZ link card (from any 7 eleven store) for our daughter (as she's over 7 years old), and these need to be topped up using cash via a self service machine at the station as necessary. Location is great, walked to Clarke Quay, got taxis to the zoos, bus to Sentosa (#123) and used MRT for everything else. Will certainly use this hotel again when next in Singapore.

It's a beautiful hotel. The location was very convenient. The subway is underneath the hotel, very convenient to go around the city. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. My negative review about the hotel: our room was very cold, and very humid, my bed was so humid it felt like somebody had pulled some water on it, it's cold and very uncomfortable. Dining breakfast menu was so so. Overall it's a nice hotel.

Dining breakfast menu was so so. My negative review about this hotel: our room was very humid, my bed was so humid it felt like somebody had pulled some water on it, feeling wet. It's cold and very uncomfortable. I had to ask the hotel for two blankets in order to sleep. They need to install a dehumidifier for the room. I would not want to stay in a hotel with a very uncomfortable with for that price.

It’s the smell of the old carpets that are in there because the place is so humid. I don’t know if it’s some kind of cleaning product they’re using but the smell is terrible and then there’s an old phone that still in the bathroom with dried soap suds all over it. It’s just very outdated and the mattress is too hard.
