「The house was adequate however, the kitchen was dirty and ant infested. We sprayed and cleaned the kitchen and no more ants during our stay. Lots of construction near the house which was noisy and it was annoying trying to find our way around with a couple of closed roads. The exterior of the house is unkept, front and back yards were not mowed with grass and weeds 3 feet tall. Advertised pictures were much better than actual house and yard.」

「The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied.
