Make up of room was not available
"They have only one trash can in toilet and there are no one coming to clean the room for 2 days. I have spoken to the cleaning man and put the tag for making up the room and to my surprise there was still no one clean/make up the room for 2 nights. I have never experience such unclean room anywhere ..."

"Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. ..."

"這間飯店的雙床房不是真的雙床房，進房以後傻眼詢問櫃檯，櫃台叫我到樓下，於是我拖著重重的行李下去，以為他要幫我換房，殊不知，到了櫃檯，竟然叫我自己搬床。行李很重，床也很重，不能接受被這樣使喚。不尊重客人。"

"The facilities is good and spacious, very close to tram station, it takes 30mins tram to Amsterdam central. You need to set up the extra bed yourself but I found a silverfish in the blanket cabinet under the sofa."
