I stayed for four nights.
The hotel uses central air conditioning and they dont allow you to choose freely for warmth or cold.
At the second and third night my room was forced to be warm. I was told with the staff other guests want warmth so they accommodate them and could not satisfy my request. They could only allow all rooms to be either warmth or cold.
I had terrible sleep and slept for 3-4 hours.
My room was so hot and opening the windows was too noisy for me to sleep.
I remember last night I had barely three hours of sleep and I felt motion sickness and close to vomitting at USJ the other day(my first time to experience motion sickness, lack of sleep may be the problem). This ruined my day of travel.
I believe hotel should make all guests stay comfortably and all guests should have the right to adjust their room tempature.
It is fine to cut costs using central air conditioning but I think mentioning this at hotel.com would be more reasonable.
I am afraid I have to rate this hotel badly.

Small hotel of 50 rooms , quiet , nearby the river ,
But it is close to busy and crowed shopping centre and metro .
