「オーナーのミゲルさんがとても親切で、英語は通じないのですが、googleの翻訳機能を使って、懸命にコミュニケーションを取ってくれたのには非常に好感が持てました。 自炊に必要なものは、全て揃っています。かなりの高台にあるので、最初たどり着くまでは大変でしたが、距離としては駅やバスターミナルまで十分徒歩圏内と言える距離です。徒歩圏内にカルフールもあります。高所の分、見晴らしは最高です。 一つ残念なのは、wifiがあるにはあるのですが、電波が非常に弱くて全く使い物にならず、日本のahamoに頼りきりだったことぐらいでしょうか… 国境間際の高台ですが、ahamoであれば、問題なく携帯は繋がります。」

「Es war alles bestens: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Lage, Ausstatung. Wir kommen wieder! Auf der Zufahrtsstraße haben wir auch immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Zur Not wäre ein Parkhaus gewesen, 5 Gehminuten über die Treppe. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und eine Jugendliche. Platz ist aber durch die Schlafcouch auch für mehr. Die Toilette im Schrank ist zwar ungewöhnlich, war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir hatten so richtiges WG-Feeling.」

「Appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé dans un cul de sac donc tres calme bien que au centre de Menton tout près de la plage du centre des boutiques, de la gare ,d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants. Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande chaudement.」

「Ich habe selten eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung gemietet.. die Lage ist traumhaft, die Vermieterin sehr nett! Leider ein bisschen hellhörig (über uns war ab sieben Uhr morgens solch ein Lärm das an Schlaf nicht zu denken war) Aber das ist halt manchmal so.. da kann der Vermieter nix für.. die Lage ist zentral und man kann morgens zu Fuß zum Bäcker .. Supermarkt , Hafen alles Fussläufig erreichbar… Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage, es gibt einen Aufzug Wie gesagt… ich würde immer wieder...

「Certains points sont a revoir comme la communication, le propriétaire est difficilement joignable. Il manque une cafetière au logement qui serait un plus. Il faudrait également identifier les clés car c'est compliqué de retrouver chaque clés pour chaque serrure (5 clés pour arriver jusqu'au logement). Emplacement très appréciable au centre de Menton.」

「We were in Menton in the middle of May at the end of a seven week trip to Europe. The apartment was perfectly located on the main beach promenade looking down on one of the many public beaches and a block from the amazing market. The windows blocked out any traffic noise. The apartment was very bright and spacious and had everything we needed.」

「Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, citynah und Strandnah gelegen. Von der Seite hat man super Blick auf den Strand. Leider ist es sehr laut in der Straße aber da kann man nichts machen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5.Etage mit Aufzug, leider fiel dieser die letzten 2 Tage aus so das man bis in diese immer laufen muss! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit so konnten wir unsere Ebikes im Keller unterstellen. Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen!」
