「Location was perfect for our purposes Disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and way to cold to enjoy as this was the reason we selected this particular Vrbo. Host provided instructions how to turn on heat, after we arrived and inquired about the temp, but the instructions referenced labels on the pool equipment that were not there and thus we didn’t feel comfortable trying. 「For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.」

「I think this place was a great value for the money. It’s not luxury living, but at only double digits per night (they don’t let you post prices in reviews), it is far cheaper than what you’d pay for even the crappiest hotel in the area. Everything was clean enough and well thought out. There was even a couple of thoughtfully provided water bottles along with some coffee, tea bags and condiments and a little fridge. 「We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. 「The host was super responsive and we're grateful for that. The house was very useable but the pool had parts of the edging that were broken and unstable. Our kids were old enough to be fine but would be cautious with younger kids. Kitchen is only moderately stocked for actual cooking.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend!」

「House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place」

「We really enjoyed our stay this last weekend. The bar staff were friendly. Our only suggestion would be to alter the room cleaning services to an earlier time. All 3 days we would leave our room by 10am and return around 5pm to get showered and ready for dinner; each time at 5 pm the maintenance staff were in our room, this was inconvenient and we also felt bad asking the crew to leave so we could utilize our room and have privacy to get dressed. Otherwise, we had a great experience. 」
