「The hotel location is great that near MRT with just 1min walk distance and on the line to the airport. Easy to travel to the attractions. The design of building is also fantastic however when it comes to the view from your room, you can hardly see any views except the plant wall and also the dust and dead leaves on the floor which seem the hotel won’t clean regularly. The door of one toilet cabinet is broken but it has NO sign on that but just one wire attached to avoid from falling down...

「5/20早上的時候有聽到疑似火警的警報，雖然當下有廣播說正在調查，不過後續就沒有其他廣播，因為當下廣播說不能使用電梯，到了早上11點才出門，到我們要出門的時候看到房務問她最後調查的結果，房務說是誤觸警報，可能這種情況不太會發生吧所以處理的情形感覺有點馬虎，一般都會再廣播一次最後處理的結果吧？」

「Hotel room I stayed was without any window. When I book the hotel, the pictures showed all rooms with windows, when we arrived, the hotel told me windows room needs to pay additional over SGD300 per night (US220), I have already paid around US180 per night when I booked this hotel, making a total over US400 per night. Over 5 small frying insects in washroom. I had never stay in hotels in such condition against such price over past 10 years across more than 10 countries. The rooms without window...

「Welcoming staff. Room was nice and view was very nice!」

「The hotel is located in a great area. MRT station, hawker centers, and a nice mix of bars and restaurants are nearby. Service was friendly and helpful. The room is on the smaller side and the air conditioner was slow to respond/cool the room down, however overall good value for the price. Wifi is free, however the connection was inconsistent. 」
